Only after I’ve had an opportunity to review the details of your Health Discovery Questionnaire, we will have a scheduled 30 minute, meaningfully concise coaching session, your first Personal Health Discovery Session.
Our time together in your first Personal Health Discovery Session is your ideal opportunity to share in a private one-on-one coaching consultation with me. It’s a concise health and lifestyle-focused coaching consultation to discuss and discover what your greatest areas of need are and to create a plan of action for your success.
In your first Personal Health Discovery Session you can expect a concise health coaching session designed to achieve the following:
- A concise review of your most significant current health issues to help you establish a starting point to move to health success
- Relating your current state of being to mind, body, soul issues
- A coaching strategy as to moving your most urgent health concerns in the direction of a healthier happier you
- Specific coaching guidance for your unique set of lifestyle issues
- Determine whether other health care providers need to be enlisted
- Establish tangible and achievable health goals
- Create a plan of action to implement
It’s quite possible that after this first session, you realize you want more time to discuss and create action with my guidance. You will have the opportunity to discuss how your needs can best be met with further personal coaching and resources.
